For ERES Partner fleet vehicles, all costs related to service, repairs, technical inspections, and car washes are the responsibility of the company. The driver is not responsible for any vehicle operating costs – except for fuel for the exclusive Corolla model.
ERES Partner provides 24/7 roadside assistance and a 24/7 coordinator. In the event of a breakdown or collision, the driver contacts the hotline, and the company handles all claims settlement formalities. Claims handling is one of the specializations of the ERES Holding group.
Payments are made weekly, directly to the driver's bank account. Details of payment, including payment history and current balance, are available in the ERES Partner mobile app and the customer dashboard.
The settlement fee is the only additional fee charged when withdrawing funds. It can be avoided by postponing the withdrawal to a later date, the coordinator explains the details during onboarding. There is no separate administrative fee for the shift system.
Yes, for weekly turnover above PLN 3000, drivers driving their own cars pay no commission or fixed fee – only a settlement fee upon payout. For lower turnover, a degressive commission table applies: for turnover of PLN 2000–2999, it's 1%, for PLN 1000–1999, it's PLN 25 + 1%, and for turnover up to PLN 999, it's PLN 50 + 1%.

This is one of the non-wage benefits offered by the company.
Reimbursement for medical and psychological examinations applies to drivers employed in Krakow. In shift work, ERES Partner covers the cost of the examinations upfront. In the exclusive Corolla model, reimbursement is provided after 350 journeys. Drivers receive a referral for the examination during the recruitment process.
Yes, ERES Partner drivers can use a fuel card with a 10% discount on LPG and gasoline at Orlen stations. During shifts, the company fuels the vehicle, while Corolla drivers fill up their own tanks exclusively – fuel costs are settled upon checkout.
The ERES Partner mobile app (available on iOS and Android) allows drivers to check their earnings, view their rate and payout history, sign contracts without leaving home, and contact support. Thanks to the app, formalities – including contract signing – can be completed completely remotely.
