The only security is a PLN 900 deposit. The price includes vehicle servicing, a discounted fuel card, a discounted automatic car wash, and free light bulb and wiper blade replacement.
In addition to the car rate, there's also 23% VAT on bonuses, tips, compensation, and reimbursements; 150 PLN per month for administrative, HR, and accounting costs; an 8,5% flat-rate rental fee billed on an invoice; and the equivalent of the invoice for fuel, car wash, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. It's worth factoring these items in when calculating your actual weekly income from driving a fleet vehicle.
The shift rate increases with driving intensity: for an average of over 3,2 trips per hour and over 200 trips per week, the driver receives 55% of the turnover, for 2,85–3,19 trips per hour – 50%, for 2,5–2,84 trips per hour – 45%, and for less than 2,5 trips per hour – 42%. Additionally, a fuel card with a full tank of fuel is available, along with free car wash, vacuum cleaner, and service.
